I am currently obsessed with this Spanish dish. It's healthy and DELICIOUS ! I first introduced to this from a couple Spanish friends and at first i hesitated to eat it because of the tuna. not a big fan cant you tell ? But since i like trying new things, I said suck it up princess and you will enjoy it. Little did i know i ended up LOVING it. So here's MY version of this amazing healthy spanish dish. ENJOY ! hope you guys try it out, and tell me what you think of it <3 and ps i sadly dont have pictures of it. I wil definitaly take a picture of it when i make it next time :)
Ingredients:
this really depends on which vegetables you like but like i said this is my version
- 2 White potatoes
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 Boiled eggs
- 1 Can of Tuna (hot & spicy) <-- for extra kick ;)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
Procedure:
Clean and cut the potatoes and broccoli. Peel Potatoes for a cleaner look. Boil all the vegetables in one pot and wait till its cooked. In a different pot boil the eggs and wait 13 minutes for a fully cooked yolk.
When everything is cooked, put in a bowl. cut the eggs in 4 and add it in with the vegetables. Also add EVOO and salt for flavour. Add the tuna last when its serve on the plate. ENJOY !
